      Yellow fever vaccination: after recent stay or transit

      Vaccination against yellow fever is mandatory for certain countries if you have been in one of the following countries in the past 6 days before arrival or have made a stopover there. This requirement usually applies from the age of 9 months or 1 year. For a layover of less than 12 hours it is usually not mandatory. 

      For the recommendation of the yellow fever vaccination for your destination, it is best to consult the respective country sheets.
