1,022 times Thank You!
In March 2024, we launched a user survey to gather your thoughts on our travel medicine platform. The result? A total of 1,022 users shared their opinions and gave us ideas for improving Wanda. Thank you so much for your time and input!
What did we learn?
90% enthousiastic Wanda fans
Users rated Wanda on a scale from 0 to 10, indicating how likely they were to recommend it to friends and family. This score, known as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), provides insight into user satisfaction.
We received an impressive 1,022 submissions, and 90% of users expressed enthusiasm for Wanda. The NPS, calculated on a scale from -100 to +100, serves as a reliable measure of overall satisfaction. With a score of +67, we are firmly in the positive zone—a clear sign that Wanda is highly appreciated!
Follow-up survey
In addition to the NPS, users had the opportunity to provide further feedback through a follow-up survey. We received 254 responses with the following results:
- 88% found the information easy to find.
- 93% found the information clear and easy to understand.
- 76% used Wanda in preparation for a trip abroad. Nearly 50% relied on Wanda for health advice, and 29% used it for professional purposes (such as doctors and pharmacists). Multiple responses were possible.
- 36% of users are between the ages of 50 and 64, and 26% are between 30 and 49.
What do we do with the feedback?
We actively engage with the feedback we receive. Here’s how we’re putting it into action:
- We’re expanding our country and disease sheets to provide you with the most relevant information.
- We’re making technical improvements to enhance the usability of the website and app, both on desktop and mobile.
- We’re improving the search functionality to help you find the information you need faster.
